is a tiny village near to the north coast of  Crete, 2 kms south of the fishing village of Panormo, and 23 kms east of Rethymnon.
7 kms further to the south there is the small town of Perama where shops of many kind are open all-year.
Near Panormo, the New National Road from Rethymnon to Iraklion (65 kms) runs along the coast.
